I have cared for young people struggling to get to know themselves, using food restriction or self-harm, or adults using substances, prescription medications, work or exercise to numb the pain of suffering.
I have supported women with all that it means to be a female in our world. I have supported men wanting to find better routes of care for their bodies and those around them.
I have helped others change their lives and reverse chronic disease.
I have walked new pathways with those looking for a more holistic way to care for themselves and witnessed transformation.
Ironically my journey has taken me from the physical trauma in the emergency department to emotional pain or trauma – which I have discovered lies under so many physical symptoms that the body hangs on to.
