A Six-Month Journey to living well
The Life Well Inner Health Foundations Program is a transformative container designed for those seeking to build a deeper relationship with themselves and their health. Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, mindfulness practices, and compassion-based approaches, this program provides a structured pathway to genuine self-awareness and holistic wellbeing. While most journeys span six months, some may be shorter depending on your needs.

The Three Pillars of the Program
Awareness & Understanding
I begin with WHOLE HEALTH MAPPING, an in-depth process that explores your story, symptoms, and nervous system patterns. This helps identify areas that need attention—physically, emotionally, and energetically—while bringing clarity to the connection between how you feel and how your body functions.
Conscious Practices
Once we understand your inner landscape, we introduce simple yet powerful tools tailored to your life. These may include breathwork, somatic movement, emotional tracking, or micro-habits across six key areas: Be – Feel – Nourish – Rest – Sleep – Connect.
Struggles in any of these areas aren’t problems—they’re invitations into deeper healing.
Connection With Your Parts
This is where transformation takes root. We work with IFS (parts work), mindfulness, discovering unconscious beliefs, emotional release, somatic movement-based practices and nervous system care to gently explore the protective patterns that keep you stuck. This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about re-partnering with your inner world so that your Self can lead.
